Arianna (@ariannahealth) –
I am currently a sophomore in college studying Computer Science and Business Management. While I love my classes, I am also passionate about health and fitness outside of school. I have always done sports like figure skating, gymnastics, and swimming, but I have never really been healthy and/or fit. Once I got to college, my best friends, Kayla and Nicole, were the ones who first got me going to the gym. And after meeting Mike, I have learned most of what I know today about nutrition and training from him. Eating clean and exercising regularly has done wonders for me – from amazing physical transformations to noticeable improvements in mood, focus, memory and more. And I am hoping to share my experience and what I’ve learned to try and help out others who are interested.

I’m Mike and I am currently finishing up my degree in exercise science. Ever since I can remember I have had a passion for health and exercise and every single day it has grown. As I have progressed and learned more and more about the human body, the more I have developed a drive to help people achieve their goals. We live in a world that is not healthy, and for most people they just don’t know what to do about it. This leads to the majority of people having some sort of chronic issue that could be internal (gut issue, cardiovascular disease), external (overweight, weakness), or cognitive (brain fog, fatigue). My goal with this blog is to reach out to as many people as I can, with the message that they are meant to be healthy and that they can achieve their goals. With the information I have learned from years of study I want to teach the everyone whether they are young or old, athlete or desk warrior how they can achieve their goals in order to live healthy, live strong, and live long.
